Today I spent about eight hours with fibreglass and filler...

If you don't like the way that bodywork is coming along, buy this one and start all over....

Exhaust and swinger back from the welders.....
This is only the second, that I know of (sure there must be others) SB6 with proper paddock stand bobbins and I also did the first Wink ..........

...no more messing about when I want the back wheel out Laughing .......

...The new Dymag is a real tight fit being 10mm wider than the oscom but I'm sure that if it thinks it needs more room we can get the grinder out Laughing

Hopefully the tyre won't affect the chain run

I would think they would not make the slightest difference as the chain is in board of the swinger.

Dymags drawings for the machining of these wheels is identical for both the Mk1 and Mk11 SB6 so there will be NO problem with the chain run and I suspect the swing-arm/tyre interface can be adjusted/tweaked with different makes/profile of tyre as required

Yeah it will probably be fine, mine has about 10mm tollerance, and a wider wheel will flatten the profile.
As long as you don't need to space the sprokets you'll be fine ... because we know what happens when you have to take the sprocket off don't we children Very Happy
