Sucking in the hot air at the back of the airbox may be costing you a few hp at least that's what my man reckoned when I did mine.

That's why I put heat sheilding tape on the back of my airbox plus one of the UK teams carbon heat shields which cut the heat on the seat down heaps a must for a long summer ride _________________ Hursty from kiwi land |

				Hi to all,

I'm new to the forum after just having purchased an SB6R 1999 model, I'm still awaiting arrival of the bike from interstate but it should be here the first week of Feb I hope. Can wait to ride it. The bike is fitted with big Remus cans on it but I managed to pick up a set of near new SB6R rear exhaust off Easy Auction Japan to get something decent looking back onto it. Anyway just thought I would say hi to all.

				Hi there.

That looks nice - I'd keep the standard system for best and run it with the Remus cans. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |
