Has anyone adapted a low profile license plate holder and tail light assembly from another bike (Ducati, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc) to the SB8R? Looking for a LED flashing brake light & turn signals as well as a minimalist plate holder.

I can help you with the rear light.
Search for yamaha aerox/ mbk nitro scooter rear light.
Exactly the same as on the 8R

Thanks much - Found a US based vendor. Trying to decide between clear and smoked.

Finally got around to installing the light. It only comes with one positive wire (red) for the brake/tail light. Made a "Y" adapter to connect both brake and tail light positive leads to the red wire. Both the brake and tail light switches will turn the light on but with both engaged the light does not get brighter. Anyone ever installed one?
