Gents
My rubbr seal on the sb6 fuel cap has gone a bit hard so I am thinking of having a new one made.
I have emailed a few places and they are quoting £100 for a batch of 20 plus postage. Now I can't see myself living till 257 to use all 20 up , so anyone interested in one for their pride and joy ?
Now by the time they are sent to me and I then send them on it will be £6 per seal. It has got to be worth your while to have a spare in the garage , and maybe even one as a spare just in case you get a Bimota that uses this cap !!!!! Oh and of course if I get orders for over 100 parts the piece cost comes right down, so stock up whilst you can !! |

Yes indeed Oiley, most unlike Vort to be posting of an evening, had been waiting for him to put up a post but realise hes a busy boy, except when at work as we've both been chasing manufacturers to get the best offers (not much call for just one seal, and not improved much for just 2 either), must be nothing on his telly either this evening. I'll amend my post to just show the piccies |

I would actually doubt that !!
And as you can see from 2bim's previous owners effort, a complete waste of time and effort because it still don't seal !!! |

I will check my sizes but I think visually they are the same cap as the YB9 so I would definitely take one for mine. |
