| I have a set of the proper tools for the sb6 , they include protectors for the seal carrier , i wouldn't want to damage the carrier for the sake of the proper tool! |

I enquired when he serviced an ohlins shock for me. Reckons paioli are a load of crap and "you need ohlins you do". Of course, we knew that anyway
Would appreciate an off cut of tube if you find any. I can soon weld it to some smaller tube
P.S.
There's also a financial element to this now I'm without a visible means of support
£20 squid for seals and oil or £200 squid for an expert
The "expert" failed last time.
Besides, I don't want to fall into the cheque book restoration bracket. You know, when people say they've restored something when in reality, they get their cheque book out and project manage. _________________ SB6 mk1 (project mega light, big bore)

Olins would be nice but you'll be droping the best part of a grand into the bike. As long as my forks do generally what they need to I'll be happy - they'll still be better than me _________________ Don't read everything you believe |

agreed
As long as "experts" don't take my money and do a crap job...I'm good
Oh yeah....they already did

| I'm guessing the project is my old SB6 mate... and the expert is the place I payed over 200 quid to for the rebuild. would be interested to know for future reference if it is because maxton personally recommended him and I will be having words if thats the case. |
