SB6 featured is up for sale at 8k, with 25k (40k kms) and it says in the feature the bike had been binned in the 1st week. looks nice, tho I'm sure Oily will be along with more info. . . ..

oh and "stunning three-spoke alloys are among the measures that shave 41kg off the stock suzuki"
these must be the one and same alloys that costs £3k option. the seductive and rare Altera!

...All SB6's should cost £8k but at the moment £6k would buy you a near as mint as you'll ever find and I've got 3 for sale at less than that Wink
£8k for any bike that's been binned is a bit of a pi55 take really.
Haven't seen the write up but.......just saying

I take it this is in the January issue, and you have a subscription so get it early.
Had a look in smiths and they only had Decembers and no Bims in that.

Might be a good time to advertise in mcn if the write up is good Oily? Put it in for 7k and adjust down to 6! Wink

the mag is January issue, it has a Ducati on the front of course!
Might be worth an ebay ad, starting next w/e, I think folk have more time for browsing over Christmas and more time for viewing too

Crying or Very sad
Are you guys forcing my hand?

Selling one didn't seem very real and it was easy to make excuses.
Plus I would have preferred to sell to a forum member, keep it in the family if you like....

Maybe an ebay advert for Christmas Wink

...You definitely need to be "selling" not "buying" Laughing

(That way you make room for more bikes Wink )

...Now read the article...Thanks phil Wink

not bad...much the same as most other SB6 articles but humorous Wink

Like this bit..... "stunning 3 spoke alloys are among the measures that shave 41kg off the stock Suzuki" Shocked

...Also says it has an alloy tank?...never come across one with an alloy tank?

Not a bad write up and a good sales pitch for a very expensive, high mileage example Wink

P.S
They do not do high mileage well. The finish suffers first followed by premature wear in everything that SHOULD have been greased at the factory and then was also not greased on services due to the difficulty in getting at the thing Laughing

...also quite like this bit....

"The GSXR-1100 engined SB6 is the last Bimota with a genuine reason for being"

...spot on Wink
Laughing
