they are the bikes that I currently own, although I am trying (none too hard at the moment) to sell the SB8R. It is a very capable bike. Could deliver it to the Adria Hotel in Ankaran for a reasonable fee.......... |
GeeKay what's with the Ankaran hotel?? Is there a Bimota station that I don't know about...?
Yeah I know how that is. Your'e selling but actually you are not.... That's how it is with me and my Mantra. If anybody would want it, maybe I could let it go, but I'm not posting ads or anything...
Listen, can you p.m. some photos or something and of course tell me your price...
And what's with that Ankaran thing...?? |

me and the Mantra stayed at the Adria hotel in Ankaran at the end of my coastal trip around Italy last year, before cutting across to Ljubljana and on to Austria on the way home. _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Whoa, that was a cool experience huh?! Well, you should come again and see some better Slovenian coastal locations - I could show you some great sites like Portoroz (I have a house there) and Piran... Otherwise the shipping of an SB8R would be to Ljubljana, the capital where I live&work... |

Thanks man! |
Ha ha, thanks man:)! No no, I'm far from a pro, I just have a feeling for making photos. And the posted ones are compressed (Postimage doesn't accept larger photos), so they are far from detailed!! If these are detailed, then wait to see the full resolution ones (16 million pixels)...
I have a compact everyday shooter camera, the last years best compact camera Sony HX9V with fullHD video shooting. This camera has a special auto mode that really sets it apart from others and this mode makes these almost perfect images in every condition. It detects the surrounding conditions and if needed, when you press the button, it takes several pictures at once and then it combines them into one great picture. With today's compacts you don't have to be a pro for shooting great pictures anymore. And the video is just fantastic! Oh, and it doesn't cost a fortune too.
I posted a cool video of a concert here, just choose the best resolution:

Cheers for that Uros, I can see myself upgrading my exisitng Sony cybershot, have checked out reviews and it seems to tick all my boxes, thanks. Although a few of my bikes wouldn't stand up to such close perfection as yours |

It was good. I started in the novice group and was really rusty. By then end of the second session I could pass a few and by lunch was moved to the inters. I felt quite slow in that group but didn't hold anybody up. I can easily outbrake a 748 duke which was nice to know. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |

Every time I see one of those YB9's with a none standard "paint dip" colour scheme I like them more and more. Welcome on board, liking your shots and good to see the bike on the move, thats what its all about on this Forum.
An Sri version also, I presume from the shots she runs OK?? |

Had a few problems early on with overfueling and a mate stripped and rebuilt the injection system and reset the potentiometer slightly and now she starts and runs like clockwork. Never let me down in 25000 kms.
Good to find a Bimota forum working ! Since the enthusiasts wound up I've been feeling a little isolated ! |

Yes a few of us on here were members of that also, but best not to mention it, a few folk get upset with some issues with it and best let sleeping dogs lie. At least its alive and well on here and very Cosmopolitan indeed, better than a quarterly newsletter.
Good to hear the injection system works, but no surprise you had to have it worked over to get it going right
Oh and congrats on being able to post pictures on your first post, I think thats only ever been achieved once before |

Yeah, I still haven't troubleshot the starter on my DB2 after all the other issues since buying this beast. Maybe this weekend I'll look at it.....maybe....or I'll just drink lots of beer. _________________ Look for my books...
