This one belongs to Gregor, a friend of mine.
He bought it new, used it for a while and then was struck down by a very unfortunate disability.
He spends most of his time modifying bikes now.
The SB6 has a modified, blueprinted engine that has never been started
and in reality, there is very little SB6 left in standard form. Even the frame has been altered.
Very nice piece of engineering that unfortunately will never be ridden unless he sells it which has nearly happened a couple of times |

I'm with you chuck ... admire the work but struggle with the look. Reminds me how odd the early fireblade's looked when they had the single sided swinger conversion. 10 out of 10 for effort though! _________________ Pomps

I'm not against modding, I don't keep my bikes standard and I can see a lot of work has gone into it ... but it's not really tasteful
I conceed the paint is a thousand times better than mine .... I just don't like the colour or design. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |

I met Gregor at the show. Indeed beautifully built. I'd hesitate to say it would look better in a plain colour. At the moment the paintwork draws the eye away from all the hi spec components. It's nice for sure! _________________ 03 YB11, 03 Aprilia RSVR Edwards, 94 Ducati Superlight III, 95 Honda NC30, 04 Ducati 999S, 91 kawasaki KR1-S C2, 91 Ducati 851 USD Strada, 89 ZXR750H1, 90 ZXR400H1, 205 16v Rally Car, A6 2.7TDI Avant, STM R1 engined Phoenix |
