I am new to the forum and has a question:
I own an DB6 1100 2007 :
is there someone who has experience in changing the front (marzocchi)and rear suspension (X treme) into a Ohlins suspension ?
(in comparison to a DB5 mille that has standard a Ohlins suspension, there
is a difference tot the standard DB6 in the rear exhaust system to be able to house the damper )
So If there were someone who has done this,, could I have the specifications of the way the fabrication has led to a succes ?
I'm interested to hear from someone of you all !...
Thanks in advance !

| Most folk buy Matris rear shocks which are Bimota DB6 specific...and Matris fork internals for the Marzocchi forks....some DB6's came with ohlins front and rear...but they are One off examples made by Ohlins...fork diameter is smaller than marzocchis so you would need to have a unique set of fork clamps made up etc etc to take the size and handlebars |
