|

Hi everyone, I’m hopeful that one of you knowledgeable guys can point me as to what the possible problem is with my normally trusty DB8SP 2013 model Australian delivery.
She has decided to show me the low fuel light regardless of how much fuel she has. I’m hoping it’s not the same issue I had with my old SB6R which had me unsoldering the fuel float and using a float off a Laverta which worked perfectly.
This girl just decided to not turn off the low fuel light after a fill up a few weeks ago. Wondering if anyone has had this problem before and what the possible carnage will be repairing her.
Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated _________________ DB8SP 1970 fastback Mustang |

That's happening because the light is not turning off. The answer is to find what is making the light stay on |

Sounds like the "float" has stuck in the Lo position to show Low fuel permanently....Tank off and fuel pump out time to know for sure...but first I'd try disconnecting the battery and reconnect...kind of set the system back again....or unplug clocks and plug back in... |
