|
|
The fuel level sender on my Bellaria is kaput… anyone know where the original part came from?
No signal from sender to instrument panel … it’s an odd fuel sender with no float valve.
From the part catalogue it’s 501372020 ‘Sonda livello carburante’.
And it has ‘Euroswitch’ imprinted on it.
Any suggestions would be helpful… trying Bimota Classic Parts but I’m hoping there is an OEM that has it off the shelf (although it is 30years on so being rather hopeful I admit!).
Thanks,

Not sure about your model. But I had same trouble with my Furano.
You can start again and go down the thermistor route but it’s not that simple.
I think I’ve got mine sorted. If you want details, let me know.
Thanks Steve.
P.S
For future reference for myself I’m going to post components
1-1.5K at room temp Thermistor (eBay UK)
Mounted on Yamaha R1 Thermistor holder.
(R1 Thermistor didn’t work)
6V 200mA Lilliput bulb with 10ohm resister in line drops volts from 8 to around 6
