I was looking for some timing belt tension info on line and came across something on a Ducati website which said that the same belts fitted to Renault Clio's where fitted as OEM belts on early Ducati 851s- same motor as the TESI 1Ds.
Does anyone know if that's fact |

the replacement belts I had fitted to my DB2 were intended for a Renault car, but I can't vouch for it being a Clio. _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Remember that Ducati were very much like Bimota - they sourced bits from anywhere when they were almost bankrupt.............. _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.
