Hi

My name is Keith, and I live just outside Stafford and seem to spend too much money on bikes, computers and cameras.

I currently own a Bimota Dieci which I bought about 6 years ago. I am the third owner. The Dieci has now done ~13000 miles (it had done 4500 when I bought it), and is pretty much standard.

Few odd problems in the time I have owned it. One fork seal went pop. Rear shock lost damping (rebuilt now). The switch for the fuel reserve died (ie, it wouldn't latch down). And the actual solonoid tap for reserve died (and the replacement seems to have just died Evil or Very Mad ).

All the best

Keith

Hello

I current run a Bimota YB4EI. The bike was bought from Padgetts in 1988. I had a problem with the cam and crank sensors last year, due to age, replaced them and now she runs great. Otherwise no problems with the bike.

I'm interested in all forms of motorsport, well anything with an engine really, from lawnmowers to Thrust II! I seem to have a preference for Italian styling too.

Hi all... I'm al and Im an alcoholic......... Oh sh*t, wrong forum lolol.
No really, I am Al and I have a 94 SB6, its a tri colour one originally supplied by crescent.
I has been a dream of mine to own one since I first sen one in 1994 and it has been a great bike, I have only just had my first problems after a few years of ownership.
The forks developed a leak and then refused to come back up after braking but Mike hose has it in his workshop as we speak sorting it out (hopefully before next saurday for the TT)
The only other problem I have had is that it has a habit of riding over its side stand and falling over which just prompted me tidy the front end up with flush mounted indicator's whilst repairing the fairing (next job is to lengthen the side stand).
I also have a passion for italian design (both bikes and cars) and a passion for anything with a big engine really.

I am Colin ( Kojay to my friends) from Scotland. Always wanted a Bimota but they were way out of my price league. Took my redundancy in February and hey ho I could then afford to buy one.

Bought a 1999 SB6R with 7K on her. Mint bike apart from a couple of light marks on the R/H side of the bike. I'm looking for the paint codes or a paint supplier that can get me the correct touch up paint.

Here she is in all of her glory...

Hi all,

My name is Roel and I'm from Belgium.
I've been riding Suzuki TL1000R's for the past 8 years.
Since a year of two however, I've been eying the Bimota SB8R Special.

Right now I've got my eye on one in Germany, one in Belgium and now suddenly Doug pops up here with 2 to spare!

I feel something is in the air!!

Go for it Roel, I can't see how you can live without a Bimota Laughing
I'd really like a SB8 but they are very few and far between over here and when they do occasionally come up for sale, they fetch stupid money. One day though Laughing
