Hi there everyone,

Nice to meet you all! Smile Last friday, I bought myself a BB1-project with some parts and bits missing, but even though finding them all won't be easy, I couldn't resist. Laughing I don't know an awful lot about Bimota's, so subscribing to this forum seemed a good idea!

I was just wondering if some of you have a BB1 as wel and could answer some of my questions? As for instance the engine: did Bimota change anything about the standard F650-engine? Because I'm missing some parts, and I'm thinking about buying a F650 to use for parts.

Thanks a lot in advance guys!
Kind regards,

Jelle

Wotcha
Bimota don't really tune engines, they use their own pipes and change the carb settings to suit, unless they put an injection system on it, then they'll match it with a CDI.
The only thing about changing the engine is the engine number, some of the engine suppliers put special numbers on them.

If you can't find the Bimota parts you need then just get them made, find a man with a lathe
