				| Hello from France
I would need some feedback from members of this forum cause I want to clean injectors of one of my Bimotas by ultrasound bath as I did for the carburettors of my Supermono before. But I heard here and there that this could not be done for injectors which I doubt...
So I want to be sure by asking you guys

Thanks in advance for your technical advice

				| It might be better to contact the injector manufacturer and ask what they recommend _________________

On a slightly different note, I bought an ultrasound bath a couple of years ago & not had any success in cleaning anything. Obviously operator error but I am using the correct chemicals for alloy in the bath, the temperature appears to be correct but is there a time limit to leave the items in the bath. I have only ended up with bad results. the bath is made by a reputable manufacturer in Australia but unfortunately they haven't been much help. if I weren't a couple of thousand miles away from them I would drop in and see them

				| Hi Weed, when you turn on your ultrasonic does the surface of the liquid "dance"? How long are you leaving the parts in? _________________

Good morning Spike. I haven't used it of about 18 months but I don't recall the surface dancing, only me in frustration.
I generally left the parts in for 30 minutes & when it didn't work I gave it another 30. I was working on a similar theory to the one that if you are speaking to someone who doesn't speak english then just talk louder & they will understand.

				| Yes, your sonic is toast. Or defective. Either way you need a new one. Sorry about that!

				| Thanks guys. I will reload it and test it again. What effect does fluid the temperature have? I had that turned up to the max as well. About 80 deg C | |

				| The temp can soften oil and grease like using hot / cold water for washing up _________________

				| An other way would using ultrasonic cleaner but suspending injector so you can supply voltage so injector in the open position to get full benefit of cleaning, a bit it like throttle valve gumming up cause of egr exhaust gases being re introduced to inlet charge just a thought guys regards bill | |

				| My DB5R had sticky injectors when I got it, I ran a few tanks with Techron injector cleaner in the fuel and it cleared up very nicely. Vrooom Vrooom!!
