Hi Can someone advise me on how to adjust the clip on
when removed there is a bolt that hold the two halves together, bolt removed still wont come apart.?

From what I remember, loosen the bolt rather than remove it completely. The two bits are on a smooth taper. I held one part in the vice with ally inserts and then twisted the bar which released the joint. I guess if you warmed it up a bit it would also free the taper. Not removing the bolt fully prevents you from flying across the garage when it frees up - dont remember where I remember that from ?? Shocked

I will give I a try

although feels like its been glued.

took the bike out today for the first time since new engine rebuild.
amazed how quick it was, a real raw engine rocket ship.
