More tributes...all well deserved....Particularly like this one small extract of his leadership qualities....

"By all accounts Mr. Tamburini brought to his work the sensibilities of an artist, and among those sensibilities was a healthy dose of perfectionism.

As The Canberra Times newspaper reported in a 2000 profile, members of Mr. Tamburini’s staff at MV Agusta were accustomed to arriving at work to discover that their clay or wooden motorcycle models — on which they may have worked for months — had been chopped to bits by the boss, an unmistakable admonition to go back to the drawing board."
