Touche as per the rest FJ did me 370 for five bikes, of which 3 classics and 2 moderns, 50Excess on classics and 250 excess on moderns, covers me and the girly to ride all, unlimited mileage, legal cover, breakdown and recovery and unlimited European use, whatever that is. Again as others, agewise I almost qualify for retirement cheap home status, evidently sensible, evidently no modifications etc etc blah blah. All down to the small detail really as to what they cover for you

39, 3pts, fully comp, low risk postcode and occupation
999s, RSVR Edwards, Kr1-S, 900 Superlight £323 inc full Euro breakdown and LP

was quoted ~£370 with YB11 and NC30 added

I reckon that's a good deal, with Peter James Ins. Google it!

Email them and ask. I did all my correspondence with them by email, tho they’re only 10 miles away!
They were happy that when I add my YB11 on it will be a classic at 10 years, tho it was registered 2003 it’s a 1998 model. I’ve yet to add this to the policy as it was insured until a week ago on a different policy

All others need to be 15 years old. BUT you're allowed as many moderns as classics on the policy, hence I have currently 2 moderns and 2 classics

KR1-S 1991 21yrs old classic
Ducati Superlight 1994 18yrs old classic
RSVR Edwards 2003 9yrs old modern
Ducati 999S 2004 8yrs old modern

£323 all in, full European breakdown and LP too
Excess was £100 on the classics and £250 [I think] on the moderns

I’m sure it would have costs me best part of £300 to cover the 999 alone!

Did the ring around for insurance and the winner was ... Peter James by 150 pounds from Footman James. All nine bikes fully comp, unlimited mileage, euro cover and 50 quid excess, all in at 387! Very Happy
