So as far as I could tell, there isn't really a K&N or Likewise Airfilter for the Tesi (watch some one will reply to this thread with the part number). But as luck would have it, The High performance Airfilter for the 09-11 BMW S1000RR from Pipercross (MPX167) is the same width, just a little long. After a razor trimming along with some wire snipping and behold! It fit!
Since it apers to be the same almost Square filter that is also used on the DB's, this has a lot of use (FIAAM 7096 aka FRAM CA5398)
Just some FYI for you guys. _________________ Will stab for food! |

I do actually have a K&N that fits the DB1. Will this fit the Tesi 3D Evo? The DB1 filter is actually for the Moto Guzzi 850 Le Mans and fits perfectly.
If it does not fit I have a perfectly good K&N for a DB1 if anybody wants one. I guess if someone has bothered to measure the dimensions of the Tesi filter and post that would be really handy
Thanks in advance |
