Hi all, new to the forum (and forums in general) but a Bimota owner for over 10 years now.

I'm looking for some help in pricing my SB6 for sale:
it's chassis number 423, hasn't been on the road for many years but we've just given the engine/box a complete rebuild (I train bike technicians for a living and this was done at work with report and photo's to prove). Mechanically it's pretty sound.
On the down side the fairings are scruffy as hell with damage to the nose cone (repaired and primed) but all needs a repaint.
It was used on the track and hence has no lighting connected (but I have all the original parts)

Any ideas?

Pictures would be handy, but you are in Oily's back yard, so I am sure he will be along directly to help you out.
Any other bits none original ?

Just taken some pictures so I'll try and post those as soon as I can.
The only modifications are a polished frame and swingarm. It's still got the original carbon hugger and mudguard etc.
Was considering selling it for parts but I'd rather it went to a good home.

Hmmmm, now we know what you get up to at work.
Think 2bim's had exactly the same problem at one of his places of work. Must be a piece of dodgy internet scanner software.
What you going to do now ?

Thanks for the guidance on uploading pictures vort28, that's got to be the most painful IT related experience yet!

This is a picture "as is" in the workshop, engine's just been refitted:

And a couple more from other angles from last week:

No fairings in place, they're at home, I'll post asap now i've found out how!

Yeh, that was Ducatisti, repeated use at work saw the internet spies shut down my access, shortly followed by Bimota Forum, never caught the KTM Forum though for some reason. Now use my own laptop and internet connections, Big Bother watch out Laughing

It looks like a Mk1 and the bottom of the airbox has been removed - that's what I think those supports are for (?)
The rear hugger looks different to mine.

Rear hugger been seriously cut away, and some nice lightening holes in the foot peg hanger plates. Shocked
So we going for a relocated battery in replacement of the air box lower ??? Confused

Any photo's of the bodywork ?
