I just discovered under member list you can see how many posts people have done descending or ascending. Anyway, 204 people have joined and not made 1 post!!! Very odd, but no harm to anyone I guess. _________________ Pomps

Gary, are you suggesting that approximately half of the forum membership are not sure which is the most effective and reliable engine configuration
and that must b a bloody big fence
P.s.
That is food for thought............
nearly half of the membership never posted and another 60+ only ever posted once...........
our membership is much smaller than I originally thought. All the more reason to get out to the monthly meet |

there is a sub-culture of "lurkers" on every forum. Many forums require you to register before you can view certain posts (usually For Sale and Wanted sections) so a lot of prospective buyers do that so that they can scan the latest ads. I did just that on several Ducati forums when I was looking for a 996 /998 years ago - but I never made a single post!
And - you have to be registered to pm people - so if the bike you like appears you can get in quick! _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Arrange one during the summer - distance-wise, the Hartside Top Cafe on the Penrith to Alston road is reasonably central to Geordies, Tykes and them from the wrong side of the Pennines.
Newcastle - Penrith 84 miles
Castleford - Penrith 108 miles
Rivington - Penrith 85 miles.
Gives everyone a nice ride there and back. _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.
