The swinging arm on the DB2 has 2 off hard plastic spacers fitted between the end of the swing arm and the frame.

Three different thicknesses listed in spare parts manual

502262041 4.0mm thick

502262042 4.25mm thick

502262043 4.5mm thick

Given the very small differences in thickness I dont think these parts are intended to align rear wheel but just to accomodate very small differences in production tolerances (frame and swinging arm)

When disassembling my DB2 I measured the washer thicknesses as 3.63mm and 4.29mm, with visible wear to one face of the LHS spacer.

I am also seeing about 0.8mm of lateral 'float' across the swing arm pivot.

This would equate to wear from original thicknesses of 4.25mm and 4.5mm

I will source/make some replacements

Something to keep and eye on!
