Ciao to everybody, I am new on this forum. I just added a Bimota YB6 Tuatara to my small collection, the bike is in superb conditions, but the exhaust is not original. Any of you would be so kind to tell me if around the world anybody is selling the exhaust terminal? I tried in Bimota Classic Parts and bimota-parts.de, but there is not available.
Thank you for help!

I also have a Tuatara. Good luck hunting the exhaust as i am sure they are very rare. Could I ask what exhaust you do have and if it is a decent sport type system if you might be interested in selling? |

You can see it at this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/ui1q97wiba4qfoq/IMG_2214%20rid.jpg?dl=0
It is very similar to the original, and it is made very well, but it is not exactly the original...
Thank you, but I am not interested in selling the bike nor the exhaust, also as from the first researches that I have done, it is impossible to find an original one...
Maybe you could help me by sending me a few pictures of the original exhaust of your bike, taken fro all sides and prospectives? _________________ Gordon from Italy

No problem getting you some pictures. You will need to give me a few days as I am just recovering from a shoulder operation and it’s too heavy to get out of the garage to photograph on my own.
The exhaust in the picture does look very similar and well made. I don’t know if you have had the fairing off yet to look at the headers? Mine were starting to corrode so I had them ceramic coated to arrest the corrosion process and make them look better.
On a different note can I recommend you don’t leave the battery disconnected for any long period as if you do your odometer will reset to zero |
