I am wondering if anyone knows what size fork seals are needed. I found a Bimota part 849340052 which is supposedly a service kit for these forks but obviously it's not available.
I am 100% certain that someone knows what are original Ohlins parts are needed for these forks

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance

What Diameter are they...Motorcycle specs says 46mm stanchions.....are they not 43mm R&T ohlins USD's?.....If you went to any suspension specialist they could get you the right seals....and new dust caps whilst youre at it....Some of the specialist companies now offer a double lipped fork seal for Ohlins forks rather than the standard Ohlins Single "lip" seal...so you have double indemnity....I get mine from Maxtons….as they also do the 50mm seals for the likes of DB6/DB10 etc Marzocchi

The seal will have a code on it, put that into a search or ask a seal stockist and you'll find something.

Yeh...you'll have to pop off one of the dust covers and lookie underneath...but you can do this by not stripping the forks off entirely....Your next questions will be...What grade fork oil and how much per leg?...Or initially...How to get the fork tops off...Ohlins do sell a tool that fits all the pin holes on top to stop it jumping out and burring your fork tops.....the pin pliers to remove a disc from an angle grinder also do the job if youre careful....

If they are the Ohlins road and track forks, the Suzuki GSXR1000 fork seals (not sure which year k6 comes to mind) are the usual fix for Ohlins equipped gen 1 Aprilia Mille/Tuono, as stated earlier they are far more durable than the Ohlins, at the expense of stiction but nothing that I noticed.
