	  | Hi guys I got home by about 6pm. It was a good day out, nice to meet you all and have a look around other bimotas.
Might find a different place for the earth strap though

I like the place....it means you dont have to remove the fairing...I think all our hearts dropped when you thought you might have to ….just before the rest of us were going to leave......Top Gear rules don't apply though...couldn't leave a fellow Bimota brother stranded

When I put the engine in last time I thought it would be a better place to put the earth - it can go under the rubber piece. I think the bolt isn't holding its torque. I'll move it back to the top of the gearbox.

				| Hiya
Good turnout, and a few nice cars as well. Not many Lancia Thema 8.32s around (when I worked in Belgium there was for sale for reasonable money in the Autotrader equivalent, I was very tempted)

Pity I couldn’t make it. Allowed out of the house now, but no driving until Wednesday and no bikes for probably another 2 months

 All the best

 Katy

				| Hi guys,
Just to say that I had a short blast home after successfully completing a couple of parade laps at Brands in Sunday. Unfortunately according to the rules, I was not able to either keep to 30mph or refrain from overtaking anyone, resulting in me getting to the front rather quickly! Luckily the organisers weren’t able to apprehend me and I was only doing it to uphold the tradition of the Bimota Forum, especially as I was the only one of us left to show off the marque on track! Anyhow good to meet up with everyone especially those whom I’ve never had the pleasure (or should that be misfortune?) to meet previously. And thanks for the excellent company and five star catering - I will of course expect this in future should we meet again a a similar event. In the meantime I’m seriously thinking of entering the Classic Bike Suzuki event at Cadwell on 13th September on the SB7, so will keep you informed of progress.

				| Hi John Let me know if you sign up for the Suzuki event at Cadwell - the facilities ( fridge, cooker, storage space and bed, if required) of my camper van will be at your disposal.
Thanks for putting a Bimota presence on the parade laps - so sorry we couldn't join you. As it was, I arrived home at 23:45.

				| Some more photos from the Festival Italia. 2bims has covered most of the bikes there so most of these pics will be, hopefully, cars of interest. While the event and the company was great, what was disappointing was the absence of older Ducatis, apart from a bevel 900SS. Also no Guzzis and only one Laverda! It was slightly better with the Ferraris, with two 330GTC and a 365GT 2+2 from the sixties, but no 250's (apart from a recreation SWB with no roof!), 275's or Daytona's. Whinge over

Steve, not only have I heard of these great marques but have even owned a 2001 Jaguar XJR myself. Great car, beautiful lines. What a sleeper, used to blow away a lot of unsuspecting german car owners on freeways. Have a Lotus Exige on my bucket list. BTW, how did the "oily rags" do against the Italians?

Looks to be a great show from the pics. Glad to see so many Bimota beauties in one place. Here locally, if there are 2 Bimota bikes spotted in one place it could be considered a Bimota meet.
