|
|
After installing the power commander in my sb8 the smoothness of operation improved a lot at low speeds and small openings of the throttle body but still remain a problem of regularity of operation from 5000 rpm to 7000 at big and fast openings. my mechanic at this point do not think would be a carburation problem but thought could be a problem with ignition ( coils or other) .
Could be an ecu problem ??
At high revs the engine in works well and is also very powerful now over 123 rwhp
Since many bikes seem to suffer from similar problem i would like to know if this problem is common or only my suffers ?
someone has solved ? |

the temperature sensor in the radiator is ' placed in too Hight position so if the circuit is not completely full creates problems to the map |

That's funny, the temp sensor in the radiator is for the temp gauge in the dash. The temp sensor for the ECU is mounted in the thermostat housing under the airbox. I'd make sure you don't have any wires crossed up. _________________ Bimota SB8R
