I think its going to a good home and as always everyone sat back until the last 2 minutes to try and grab a bargain rather than bidding to win it because they really wanted it. I think some people were shocked with the low reserve but its sold pending payment so hopefully it all goes through and will be gone by the end of the week.
I'm going to be listing a few more bikes prior to Xmas even though they won't be Bimota's they will be worth a look for collectors or the likes. GSX-R750R Limed edition and amazing condition and potentially a Ducati 851 SP3.
The market is a funny place at the moment depending on what the bike it is, eBay Oz just sold a 1972 Z1 for nearly 27k and it was very ordinary but original. |

Somebody did get a bargain but for a reason ! it did look very rough and not loved like most bimotas..
Especially considering you were trying to get 12000 from a genuine buyer and bimota enthusiast and ready to buy, not pending payment...
