..........Over this very sunny, bike riding weekend, Em and myself got quite a few spirited miles in and made the most of life Wink

...Me on the 6R (the more comfortable weapon of choice) and Em, as always on a SB6 (big bore in this instance). The 6 developed a misfire so we swapped bikes so I could check it out. No problem you might think and I would initially agree as I love riding the big bore ,so much so, I've bought another set of big pistons to treat another SB6, but I digress...........

....As I said, i love riding the Big Bore but never gave it a thought that Mrs Oily had never ridden the 6R before......I'd selfishly kept that secret to myself.
Now she tells me that she prefers the 6R to the 6 Shocked
...It handles better, it has smoother power delivery, it's more comfortable etc. etc.
...She now knows that I wasn't being chivalrous when I always say that I'll take the fighter so she can enjoy the 6 Crying or Very sad

...I suppose now, it's double the fun, swapping bikes half way Laughing

...Oh...the misfire...just a bit of crap in the carbs, not a problem if you keep the throttle pinned Laughing
(that's the advantage with more than two cylinders Laughing )

I can live with a bit of crap in my piddly carbs if the alternative is an Italian engine Laughing

Wife swapping....I've tried to swap her for another bike but no body will have her Wink
