Just got lucky and last week I became a proud owner of beautiful 2006 Bimota SB8K Santamonica.
As you all know and I am sure can agree with me its a gorgeous bike.
Took it on a 160 mile ride today and all I can say it amazing bike. Accelaration is awesome, bike is super light and just a delight. Suspension feels great taught enough but at the same time supple enough that my teeth are not falling out on the bumps. It actually feels even lighter and smaller then my BMW HP2 Sport. In any case I love it

Welcome to the forum mate. Very nice example of a very special bike there. Fits nicely into your collection.
It sure is weird how your post is 'back dated'. Maybe something to do with the timezone settings or something? Although i guess even in USA your not a week behind the rest of the world
Lots of good info here, enjoy
Cheers,

Thank you for the welcome.
As for "time warp", I think forum server got reset with a wrong date. _________________ 2016 Suzuki GSXR750 TRACK BIKE

Finally, a few pictures of my sb6 ...
Hope today for a spin around the block, and see if she is now more manageable than my first ride. _________________ vince
