No, but I put one on a DB2SR (briefly, before I swapped the ECU entirely).
I haven't checked the DB5 setup, but would imagine it to be fairly similar. Two things to watch out for:

Unless you have a laser/water-jet cutter to hand I also think it would be difficult to make a neat job on the cut outs?
