Lot's of plastic tanks out there (SB6R for one) with fuel taps senders and filler caps mounted in them 
Seems O rings are the preferred method to stop leaks. I know, but mounting in a selfm ... |

I think plastic (fat) material make problem with mounting, I must have an mounting plate in alu to pump. Problem ... |
