Rex's YB5 moulds are custom shaped and made for the race bike. If you can get them made, note that they will not be the standard shape. |

That sounds awesome. I'd still love to get an SB6/R one of these days. It takes a fair bit of work to get the 'little' FZR engine up to power of even the standard GSXR motor. |

My YB8 is a race bike so smooth running at 3000 rpm is not required.
It came fitted with FCR flatslides and a race pipe that has no EXUP but has these canisters at the headers that connect 1-2 and ... |

I know what that stuff is. I just recommissioned a '97 Suzuki RF900 which had 2km on the clock. The tank and carbs were coated with this sticky fuel residue.

I don't have EXUP on my YB8, but it's a race bike so not much help to you. Low down power is not as important on a race bike as a road bike. I also have FCR flatslides so carb set up is not relevant e ... |

Was thinking the same thing. You might also be able to cut off the bottom bit, then bend and drill a new fixing bracket. Regardless, it looks like you have the ability to figure it out. Well done. |
