All looks good. The inner spacer is pretty thin though and looks like it could crush if you overtightened the axle, which would result in the housing rubbing.

If it's only a bearing you're concerned about, it would be easy to fit a sleeve in the cush drive. I just had it done on a magnesium Marvic rear wheel for my TZ.

The 120/70 is going to be 6mm taller, so push the fork legs through the triple clamps 6mm to restore the original ride height.
