Which pipe is it i had the same trouble with an SB6 pipe ,if it is the one feeding the thermostat i made mine up with pipes and plastic fittings using a thermostat off a KTM , its a tight fit.

Thanks everybody for the help managed to sort it using a KTM thermostat.

Long shot i know but does anybody have a hugger for an 94/95 SB6 they want to sell.
